CAREER HISTORY Precision Checkout Ltd. 2010 - 2013 Property Inventories business servicing estate agents, property managers and retail. Managing Director Established and operated the business on a day-to-day basis running marketing campaigns and all financial activities. ➢ Created industry research which in turn provided the platform to start the business ➢ Formulated and implemented strategic marketing plans to generate viable business and in turn enhance business growth in the targeted sectors ➢ Designed CRM function that resulted to smooth relations with the clients and a 20% increase in repeat business. The Cleaning Machine (UK) Ltd. 2003 - 2010 Contract cleaning business with 60 employees, turn over 0.5m prior to profitable sale Managing Director Founded and operated this “Start Up” within the retail and B2B sectors. ➢ Provided detailed audit reports and recommendations to B2B clients resulting in the establishment of a service to companies servicing B2B customers.
