A strong leader who excels in building, coaching and mentoring high performing businesses and teams. A goal orientated and solution driven self-starter with a track record of delivery. Excels in strategy, planning through to delivery; at either programme level or at much more complicated enterprise level projects. A proven commercial and operations director with experience of developing and managing the whole value chain from sourcing to product development to manufacturing to sales and marketing also experienced in office set up and management. Highly experienced at start-ups (corporate and entreperneurial), new product development, creating international market entries and managing international partners. Have worked on/with 6 start-ups. Looking to support a new venture to launch or and existing business to grow into new markets.




A hands-on, results-driven senior change manager/director with a highly successful background in the achievement of business transformation, start-ups and growth in a variety of consumer / industrial sectors. An experienced general manager with full P&L accountability in multi-business unit, multi-channel, worldwide operations with multi-million pound global revenues, who combines visionary strategic thinking with outstanding analytical skills and focused pragmatism in delivery. He demonstrates excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, and has the ability to maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships. Possesses impeccable business and leadership qualities, with the ability to effectively direct and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver fast-paced, radical change, even in the most challenging economic environments. Successfully launched Japan’s first ever voice and data full MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) Devised a new operations strategy which achieved production growth of 900% over a 3 year period, whilst holding costs to under €12m pa fixed costs Developed global launch to market strategy and plan for new consumer luxury brand. Supported rollout of plan through global standards, training and delivery of retail and personal selling Shell Central Eastern Europe was losing $17m a year. Developed the business plan to grow the business, redesigned the convenience store value proposition and delivered the marketing elements to turn round the business to generate $17M within two years and $44m by the third. Successfully written and illustrated 18 children’s books
